Model documentation

Trampoline passport

Factory model, production batch and parts list in one document. It is what lets you order the right mat or spring five years later — instead of “something for a 10 ft”.

What the passport is

A passport is a documentation card supplied with the trampoline. It collects what usually disappears together with the packaging: factory model code, size, production batch, parts list with numbers and the assembly manual.

The passport is not a certificate and not a declaration of conformity. Conformity documents — the EN 71-14 test report and the EU declaration — are issued by the manufacturer and published separately, as they are confirmed.

Why this is not an add-on

A trampoline outlives the catalogue it was bought from. After a few seasons the mat, the net and the spring cover are replaced. Without the model code only the diameter is left to guess with — and two “10 ft” trampolines may have a different number of mat eyes, different springs and a different spacing of the net poles.

What the passport contains

The “status” column says plainly what we already have and what is still missing. We do not promise fields we cannot fill.

Field Contents Status
Factory model Manufacturer code, e.g. TATR-0010DE03 73 of 73 models
Size Diameter or external dimensions, frame height, mat height size in name and code; full dimensions: 13 of 73
Construction Frame tube, wall thickness, number of legs, fixing method 6 of 73 — the rest with the BOM
Springs Count, wire diameter, length, force 6 of 73 — as above
Production batch Batch number and delivery year after the first delivery
Part numbers Mat, net, cover, spring — manufacturer catalogue number missing — BOM in progress
Assembly manual PDF in the customer’s language in preparation
Inspection card Checklist for assembly and the end of the season in preparation
Warranty status Purchase date and periods per component to be confirmed with the manufacturer
Code search Field for the passport code and the result on this page stage 2 — after the sales launch

How it works

1

Code on the packaging

The factory model is printed on the carton and on the label on the frame. Write the code down before the box goes out — it opens the passport.

2

Model in the catalogue

Today: find the model in the catalogue and check dimensions and spring count. After the sales launch: enter the code in the field on this page.

3

Match the part

Mats, nets and springs are organised by model and size. If we do not have data for your batch, we say so.

What is still missing

A to-do list, not a marketing claim.

  • Part catalogue numbers — the bill of materials (BOM) has not arrived yet; without it no spring can be tied to a model.
  • Production batches — the first delivery is being prepared, so there are no batch numbers yet.
  • PDF manual and inspection card — being translated and laid out in six languages.
  • Code search — needs a passport database; it goes live with the sales launch.
  • Confirmed warranty periods — the scope for the new batch is settled with the manufacturer, not with sales material.

The trampoline passport is an information document. It does not replace the EU declaration of conformity, the EN 71-14 test report or the warranty card. The technical values in the example come from the manufacturer’s 2012–2014 catalogue and apply to the model named.
