Delivery and assembly

The trampoline arrives in cartons that have to be carried in, laid out and anchored. Here is how that will work — and what we have not settled yet.

How delivery works

1

Order and proforma

We confirm that the model is available, issue a proforma and only then give you a date. The catalogue does not carry prices yet — we do not take money for a product that is not in stock.

2

Dispatch from a warehouse in the EU

The goods go to a warehouse in the Union and from there to the customer — as a parcel or on a pallet, depending on the model and the number of cartons.

3

Receipt and inspection

On delivery, check the packaging and the number of cartons. Report any damage to the carrier and to us — this is the only moment when transport damage is indisputably visible.

Carton and weight

Data from the manufacturer’s catalogue: packaging is described for 66 of 73 models. Carton weights and dimensions go into the product sheet.

Item What we know Status
Number of cartons From 1 combined carton up to 2 cartons for larger models 66 of 73 models
Carton dimensions Listed in the catalogue for some models, e.g. 245 × 57 × 17 cm and 181 × 62 × 38 cm 66 of 73 models
Weight of the set Has to be recalculated from the catalogue sheets; we do not give weight estimates in preparation
Delivery cost Depends on the zone, the size and the carrier in preparation
Delivery outside Poland Launch markets: Poland and Romania; further markets once a carrier is confirmed to be confirmed

Assembly, step by step

The order matters: the springs go on after the mat is laid out, and the net only at the end.

1

Frame

Lay the frame sections out on flat ground, join them with the connectors and tighten the bolts only once the full ring is closed.

2

Mat and springs

Lay the mat inside the frame and hook the springs alternately on opposite sides — pulling on one side only twists the frame. Use a spring tool, not your fingers.

3

Spring cover, net, anchors

Run the spring cover around the perimeter and fasten it at the entry point. Fix the net poles to the frame legs and drive the anchors into the ground — without them the trampoline is a temporary structure.

Estimated assembly time is 1–2 hours for two people. This is an estimate, not a manufacturer’s statement — we will confirm it at the first assembly and update it.

What is still missing

  • A delivery price list — we do not yet know the carrier rates for freight the size of a trampoline.
  • Lead times — they will appear once the first production run and the container clearance are confirmed.
  • An assembly service — we are considering assembly within Poland; the decision will come after the sales launch.
  • Carrying in and collection in person — we do not yet have a warehouse open to customers.
  • Delivery outside Poland and Romania — there are two launch markets; further ones need a freight quote.

The packaging data comes from the manufacturer’s 2012–2014 catalogue. Delivery terms, costs and lead times will be published before the shop opens — until then nothing here is binding.
