Who runs the shop

The oviqo.eu shop is run by a natural person registered as a sole trader in the Polish business register (CEIDG).

For order enquiries use the e-mail or phone number above on working days. We correspond through the e-mail address given in the order.

What you can order

Garden trampolines, spare parts and accessories described in the catalogue. Descriptions and photos are informational — the binding details are those on the product page and in the order confirmation.

• The catalogue also includes archive models. Availability of each model is confirmed before we accept payment.
• Prices, delivery cost and the expected date are shown in the cart and in the order confirmation.
• We do not sell products we cannot deliver within the stated time.

Order and conclusion of contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order — not when you press “Place order”.

• The confirmation is sent by e-mail with the order number, price, delivery cost and date.
• If a product is unavailable we say so and take no payment.
• All prices are gross prices in euro and include applicable VAT.

Payment and delivery

Payment and delivery methods are shown during checkout. Delivery cost and the expected date are stated before you place the order.

• Dispatch after payment is credited; any other arrangement must be agreed explicitly.
• On delivery check the packaging and the number of cartons. Report damage to the carrier and to us — that is the only moment it can be established clearly.
• Assembly instructions and product documents are included; digital copies on request.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

• Declaration: e-mail to mail@oviqo.eu or the form on the contact page.
• Send the goods back within 14 days of the declaration. You bear the return cost.
• You are liable for any diminished value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
• Refund within 14 days of receiving the declaration, not earlier than receipt of the goods.

Claims and warranty

We are liable for defects under the statutory rules on non-conformity — two years from delivery.

• Send claims by e-mail: describe the defect, include the order number and photos.
• We reply within 14 days of the report.
• Any manufacturer warranty is voluntary, described on the product page and does not limit statutory claims.

Applicable law and disputes

Polish law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected.

Disputes can be settled out of court — for example through the Polish competition and consumer protection authority (UOKiK) or the trade inspection. Consumers may bring claims before the court of their place of residence.
