Questions and answers
Questions and answers
Short answers to what customers ask most often — including when the answer is “we don’t know yet”.
Product
Do the trampolines have an EN 71-14 certificate?
The models in the catalogue come from the manufacturer’s documentation of 2012–2014. The EN 71-14 test report and the declaration of conformity for the new batch are in preparation. The CE logo in a catalogue photo is not proof of conformity for us — we publish a document, not a pictogram.
Which sizes are available?
Round: 8, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 15 ft (244–457 cm). Rectangular: 7 × 10 ft and 10 × 17 ft. The catalogue holds 73 models — the size is in the name and in the model code.
How do the E2, F2, A1, P12 and DE03 series differ?
These are model designations from the manufacturer’s catalogue, not our “product lines”. The differences lie in the tube diameter, the number of springs, the net height and the fixing method. The full specifications are in the product sheet under “Additional information”.
Why do the products have no prices?
The first batch is in production for 2027. The price depends on the exchange rate, the freight and the container configuration, so we give it in a proforma once the model is confirmed. We do not put in an “indicative” price only to have to raise it later.
Where do the product photos come from?
From the manufacturer’s archive (2011–2014) and from the model catalogues. They are illustrative — in the new batch the colours, the prints on the mat and small fittings may differ. We mark every such photo in the product sheet.
Parts and fit
Do the parts fit my old trampoline?
Only by model code. The diameter alone is not enough — two “10 ft” trampolines may have a different number of mat eyes, different springs and a different spacing of the net poles. The model code is in the Trampoline passport and on the frame label.
Do you sell individual springs?
Springs are matched as a complete set with the same parameters. One new spring among old ones changes the distribution of tension and overloads its neighbours. That is why we work in sets, not in single pieces.
Do you have a 305 cm net?
Check the spare parts category — we show there only what is actually planned for the first batch. A missing item means no stock, not “ask and maybe we will find one”.
Delivery, returns, warranty
How long does delivery take?
We give a date after production is confirmed and the container is cleared. The delivery rules are described on the “Delivery and assembly” page — without dates we have not confirmed.
What is the warranty?
We are setting the scope and the periods of the warranty with the manufacturer for the new batch. We do not publish “10 years of warranty” as a promise until there is a warranty card and a spare parts price list covering that period.
Can I return the trampoline?
Yes — a consumer in the EU has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The details, including the cost of return shipping, are on the “Returns and complaints” page and in the Terms.
What is still missing
- A passport code search — today you find a model in the catalogue, by name and code.
- A spare parts price list — it will appear once the BOM is confirmed with the manufacturer.
- A confirmed warranty — without a warranty card there is nothing to quote.
- A contact form — we take questions by e-mail, with the model indicated.
If you do not know the model, tell us your frame size and how many springs there are — that is usually enough to narrow down the version. We do not guess parts by eye.
